What to send us

  • Tips on missed settlements. If you've heard about an open settlement we haven't covered yet, drop us a link and a sentence about what it's about. We track new federal court filings constantly, but readers sometimes find regional or state-court cases before we do.
  • Corrections. If a listing has the wrong deadline, the wrong eligibility criteria, or any other factual error, please tell us and link to the source you used. Corrections are published with a dated update note on the original article within forty-eight hours.
  • Press & partnership inquiries. Journalists, attorneys, and consumer advocacy organizations welcome to reach out.
  • Reader stories. If you've used ClaimAlert to file a successful claim, we'd love to hear about it. With your permission, we may use your story (anonymously if you prefer) in future editorial coverage.
